In order to enjoy our jewelry as long as possible, we recommend to avoid contact with water and other moisture. We recommend to take your jewelry off before you go to sleep, before you take a shower or before exercising. Besides, we recommend to avoid contact with chemicals and likewise products such as perfume, soap, hair spray, salt water and silver polish.

34 ROSE cannot guarantee that the silver or golden plating remains intact, also these items can lose their color over time. The rapidity and degree depends on, amongst others, the PH-value of the skin, the degree of perspiration and the use of certain chemicals.
All our jewelry is nickel-free and are made of various types of metals such as copper or brass. In addition, some items have a silver or golden plating.
34 ROSE gives 6 months legal guarantee on your purchases. If the purchase within the aforementioned period has a defect or there occurs a problem, please send us a message stating your order number, the problem/defect and attach clear pictures of the article which demonstrate the defect/problem.
After you placed and paid the order, and after you received the order confirmation it is not possible to cancel your order. Orders can be returned within 14 days after receiving.
34 ROSE does not calculate shipping costs on orders with a total amount higher than €20,00 within The Netherlands. Your order will be shipped in a mailbox package (traceable). Is your total order amount less than €20,00? Then the shipping costs are:
- Mailbox package (traceable): €1,95
- Parcel post (traceable) till 10 kg: €5,95
You will always receive a track and trace code from 34 ROSE, in order to track your order whenever you want.
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days with the courier Post NL. The order, depending on the courier service, will arrive within 1-3 working days.
